   3. Place your order
   4. Creation takes 1-3 days before mailing
   5. Once the item is mailed we will contact you via text/email
   6. Item arrives, someone must sign for it, it cannot be left on the front porch see shipping policy.
   7. For Local customers: Delivery date and time will be scheduled via text message
