My order was delivered damaged, What do I do?

We understand that sometimes things happen during the shipping process. 

  1. You must contact us within 12 hours of delivery and include a photo of the damaged item. 
  2. We will email you a return label. 
  3. Once we receive the item back, then 
    1. We can ship you a new identical item.
    2. We can offer you a partial refund ( You will receive a refund of the Dollar Value and Creation cost only). You will not receive the shipping cost back.
