Cancellations / Exchanges
Because all of our items are custom-made, we offer only two cancellation options.
- To receive a full refund, you must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order before the creation process has begun.
- Once the creation process has begun, If you cancel your order, you are only eligible to receive a partial refund. The refund amount includes the Dollar Value Amount and the Shipping fee. You will not receive the creation process fee back.

Because our products are customized just for you, our timeframe for making changes is limited.
- You can make design changes within 12 hours of placing your order. (This is before the creation process has started)
- You can make delivery address changes within 24 hours of placing your order or at least one hour before we mail the item.

We understand that sometimes things happen during the shipping process.
- You must contact us within 12 hours of delivery and include a photo of the damaged item.
- We will email you a return label.
- Once we receive the item back, then
- We can ship you a new identical item.
- We can offer you a partial refund ( You will receive a refund of the Dollar Value and Creation cost only). You will not receive the shipping cost back.

Delivery / Shipping
We do offer limit expedited shipping. We do not offer same day or next day shipping or local delivery. All of our item is custom made just for you and usually require 1-3 days to create. We can express mail the item which can shorten the delivery time from 5-7 days to 3-5 days however customer is responsible for addition shipping fees. However, contact us so we can go over your options.
Sorry, it is illegal to ship United State Currency outside of the United States due to Federal Money Laundering Laws.

We have three available pick-up locations:

- Walmart Neighborhood Marketplace (3745 SW Lee Blvd, Lawton)
Delivery time and cost depends on multiple factors. However, creation time generally range from 1-3 days depending on the item and customization. We generally offer standard shipping with range from 5-7 business days after creation cost. We do offer expeditated shipping item. Contact us if you have any questions of concerns.
Local delivery within 30 miles ranges from Lawton, Ok is a flat rate of 10.00. Local delivery within a 45-miles radius of Lawton, Ok is a flat rate of 20.00. Special delivery up to 60 miles radius of Lawton, OK is a flat rate of 35.00. We recommend checking both shipping and local delivery fee for the lowest price before purchasing your items
We are based in Lawton, OK. We serve every city within a 30-40 mile range from us. You can check for your city below.
The mailman would leave a note on the door and the package will be return to the recipient’s local post office and held for pick up. At that time someone with a valid ID will have to go to the post office and pick up the item in person.
Due to the raise in package thieves (Porch pirates) and the natural of this item. We feel it is best that the item is not left on the porch. We required that the item is instead hand to a person who lives at the recipient to ensure safe delivery.

No, All orders must be paid in full before the creation process can begin.
Full payment entails the creation cost, dollar value amount, shipping, and any add-on fees associated with this item.

How this works:

- Place your order
- Creation takes 1-3 days before mailing.
- Once we mail the item, we will contact you via text/email.
- Someone must sign for it when the item arrives. The mailman will not leave the package on the front porch. (See shipping policy).
For Local customers:
- We will schedule the date and time of the pick-up/delivery via text message.
The creation fee is the amount it cost for us to make the item. It includes all the additional supplies in the gift. It does not include the additional cost for the amount of money you would like the recipient to receive, and it does not include the shipping cost.
Most gift maximum limit is $200.00. Please check the description for individual details.

Here at Hunny’s Dream LLC, we like to keep things simple, so we took out all of the legal mobo jumble and decided just to explain it “straight across the board” ( as my dad used to say).
We will not sell, loan, give, trade, share, or gift ANY information that you give to us to someone else, period.
We will ONLY use it for what YOU intended it for, which is to buy an item from us.
If you sign up for our newsletter, we will send it to you monthly, until you request we stop. If you want to request we stop sending it to you click unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter email or contact us.
All credit card purchases will be processed under our main company Hunny’s Dream. LLC. We don’t have any access to your credit card information. We use PayPal to process all credit card and Venmo transactions both online and in person.
