Cancellations / Exchanges

Because all of our items are custom-made, we offer only two cancellation options. 

  1. To receive a full refund, you must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order before the creation process has begun. 
  2. Once the creation process has begun, If you cancel your order, you are only eligible to receive a partial refund. The refund amount includes the Dollar Value Amount and the Shipping fee. You will not receive the creation process fee back.

Because our products are customized just for you, our timeframe for making changes is limited. 

  1. You can make design changes within 12 hours of placing your order. (This is before the creation process has started) 
  2. You can make delivery address changes within 24 hours of placing your order or at least one hour before we mail the item.

We understand that sometimes things happen during the shipping process. 

  1. You must contact us within 12 hours of delivery and include a photo of the damaged item. 
  2. We will email you a return label. 
  3. Once we receive the item back, then 
    1. We can ship you a new identical item.
    2. We can offer you a partial refund ( You will receive a refund of the Dollar Value and Creation cost only). You will not receive the shipping cost back.
